Privacy Policy

Deltopia collects only the information needed to provide, support, and improve our products. This may include account details, license and order records, support messages, usage data, and technical information such as browser, device, and log data. On first launch, the DeltaWalker and DupliWalker desktop apps send a one-time notice with a random installation identifier, the app version, the operating system and the processor architecture, and never a name, email address, files or file names; set DO_NOT_TRACK=1 to turn it off.

Cookies

We use cookies and similar storage to keep the site working, remember preferences, understand basic usage, and protect accounts. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

How we use data

We use data to deliver products, process orders, respond to support requests, prevent abuse, improve reliability, and communicate important service updates.

Orders and payment addresses

When you buy, we keep the billing or shipping address that your payment provider (PayPal or Stripe) gives us for that order, as it was at the time of purchase. We use it for receipts, tax, support and fraud prevention. We never receive or store full card numbers.

License registration

When you register a license, we record the IP address and device details sent with the registration, and we derive an approximate location (country and city) from the IP address. We use this to protect licenses against misuse and for support.

Retention

We keep information only as long as needed for product operation, support, legal, accounting, and security purposes. Order addresses and registration records follow the same retention.

AI coach summaries in PlayLikePro

When you request an AI coach summary in PlayLikePro while signed in, we store the summary text with your account so you can reopen it without using another credit. We keep your 20 most recent summaries; each new one replaces the oldest. To count your AI credits and never charge twice for the same request, we also keep a record of each request (a fingerprint of the analysis findings it was based on, and whether it was charged) for as long as your account exists. Summaries are generated by an AI provider from your analysis findings only; your video and body-pose data are not sent. Deleting your account deletes the stored summaries and request records.

California privacy rights

California residents may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information, subject to legal and operational limits. We do not sell personal information.
